Scalar energy is a tested and patented energetic vibration and does not have any negative side-effects to the body.

Confidentiality regarding all documentation collected during intake by Theta Wave Clinic staff is assured. Benefits to humanity from participation include gaining a better understand of diagnoses and treatment, based on an international, multidisciplinary perspective.

TERMS OF USE - EESYSTEM THERAPY ROOM
​
Quiet Environment:
​
Every effort should be made to keep noise and movement to a minimum during all sessions, day and night, private or otherwise. There is no talking once you enter the EE System room. Reservations can only be made under this acknowledgement and agreement. If you cannot abide by this agreement, please make a private reservation, still adhering to as much quiet and stillness as you and your guests are able to provide to fulfill your intention of healing at every level for all in attendance. Private reservations for day or night are available upon request.

Cell Phones:
​
Upon entering Theta Wave Clinic, all cell phones must be put on vibrate, silent mode or completely turned off. Airplane mode still sets off alarms, etc., so please ensure that your phone is set to one of these three modes. Lights and sounds (other than what are offered in the EESystem therapy room), can be very distracting to those around you.
​
Food and Drink:
​
No food or drinks are allowed, other than water or our complimentary herbal teas in the EESystem Therapy room. This applies for both day and night sessions, private or non-private reservations. You will be asked to step outside of the EESystem Therapy room to eat and drink in the lobby if we see that you are eating or drinking (anything other than water) in the room. Smells can be very distracting to others as they are trying to relax, let go and let the body heal itself, as can crunching, chewing, etc.
Please be respectful of those around you and of our policy and kindly abide by this requirement

Minors and Other Dependents:
​
Minors and other dependents are the responsibility of the adult member accompanying such minors and other dependents. An adult member (over 25 years old) must accompany all minors and other dependents receiving the EE System sessions. All minors, age 3 and older, must have their own reservation (seat). Only those minors and dependents who can sit relatively still and not make noise should attend EESystem sessions as a courtesy to all others who are in attendance. Private reservations are alternative options for EESystem sessions for those who may not be able to sit still or remain quiet.

All Private Reservations:
​
For private reservations (day or night), the member who is making the reservation is solely responsible for other members who are invited to their private session. Theta Wave Clinic is not liable or responsible for any of the guest members whom the reserving member invites to their private sessions.
​
Pet Owners/ Service Pets:
​
Although we do permit service animals to accompany those who require their support, we ask that all pets be fed and given water in the lobby of the clinic. Pets must remain on a leash and close to their person at all times unless in a private session. If you require a support animal during your visit we please ask that you inform us before hand, so that we may schedule your session accordingly.

CONDITIONS
​
​
Touching EE SYSTEM Equipment is Strictly Prohibited
​
NEVER under any circumstances are participating clients permitted to touch or adjust any equipment within the EE Systems therapy room, as they are calibrated to very specific angles and the entire program could be disrupted if even if slightly adjusted.
​
All Private Reservations:
​
For private reservations (day or night), the member who is making the reservation is solely responsible for other members who are invited to their private session. Theta Wave Clinic is not liable or responsible for any of the guest members whom the reserving member invites to their private sessions.

Refusal of Service:
​
Theta Wave Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
​
Zero Tolerance of Abuse:
Abuse towards staff as well as other participating members of our EE System Therapy Room is never permitted and will result in immediate termination of memberships exempt of refunds. Abuse of any kind such as but not limited to - verbal, emotional psychological and/or physical - will result in immediate refusal of service and permanent ban from our facility.

Cameras:
​
For the safety of our members as well as the staff, cameras are located throughout the facility including in the upper and lower lobbies and our EE SYSTEMS Therapy Room. The cameras are always active, monitored and recorded.
No cameras are in the restroom.
​
Lost or Misplaced Items:
​
Ascended Wellness is not responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged personal items that belong to members and their dependents.
​
No Guarantees:
​
Theta Wave Clinic makes no guarantees of results or improvements to health or ailments of any kind whatsoever. Results vary from person to person.

CLIENT LIABILITY
Any Theta Wave Clinic client, (including those claiming guardianship of either a dependent or pet) whom is recorded touching/adjusting any of the four systems (this includes all EE systems’ equipment - wiring, modems & all external hardware) within the EESYSTEM Therapy room of the Theta Wave Clinic, will be automatically liable to pay the $3000 USD recalibration fee required if the system becomes damaged or malfunctions following their session
​
The EE SYSTEMS therapy room is thoroughly cleaned and examined before and after each client-session. Upon examination of system after each session, any physical evidence indicating signs of the EE System being tampered with during a previous session permits the EE SYSTEMS owner - Lynda Mandeljc - with grounds to take legal action/compensation for damages; i.e., billing client for EE SYSTEMS recalibration fee.
