Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited amount of chairs available in our Therapy Room, Theta Wave Clinic requires 24 hours notice cancellation. No-Shows as well as any failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a charge minimum charge of $80 (single hour fee) to compensate our working staff. This fee will applied to your next session and must be paid before you are able to rebook any future sessions.
